دور إدارة المخاطر بكليات الخليج للعلوم الإدارية والإنسانية في الحد من آثار جائحة كورونا (كوفيد19) على التعليم الجامعي

The study aimed to know the effect of risk management in the Gulf Colleges of Administrative and Human Sciences in limiting the effects of the Corona pandemic on university education. The importance of the study lies in in the possibility of benefiting from the results of this study in the application of risk management in the Gulf Colleges of Humanities for Administrative Sciences to reduce the effects of the Corona pandemic on university education. The study followed the descriptive approach, the analytical approach and the case study method, with the use of the (spss) program to analyze the data collected by the questionnaire tool from the number (55) random sample from the study population. Many conclusions were reached, most notably are: Gulf College risk management is working to evaluate emergency plans and rapid response to emergency situations to the Corona pandemic (COVID 19), and there is a relevant relationship with statistical evidence between the risk management in the Gulf Colleges of Administrative and Human Sciences and reducing the effects of the Corona pandemic on university education. The study recommended to be necessity establishing a specialized risk management department in the Gulf Colleges within the college’s organizational structure that includes a competent and qualified of risk management. هدفت الدراسة لمعرفة أثر إدارة المخاطر بكليات الخليج للعلوم الإدارية والإنسانية في الحد من آثار جائحة كورونا على التعليم الجامعي. وتكمن أهمية الدراسة في إمكانية الاستفادة من نتائج هذه الدراسة في تطبيق إدارة المخاطر بكليات الخليج للعلوم الإدارية الإنسانية للحد من آثار جائحة كورونا على التعليم الجامعي، اتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي والمنهج التحليلي وأسلوب دراسة الحالة، مع استخدام برنامج spss لتحليل البيانات التي تم جمعها بواسطة أداة الاستبانة من عدد (55) عينة عشوائية من مجتمع الدراسة. توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة نتائج أهمها تعمل إدارة المخاطر بكليات الخليج على تقييم خطط الطوارئ والاستجابة السريعة للحالات الطارئة لجائحة كورونا (كوفيد19)، وهنالك علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين إدارة المخاطر بكليات الخليج للعلوم الإدارية والإنسانية والحد من آثار جائحة كورونا على التعليم الجامعي. أوصت الدراسة بضرورة عمل إدارة متخصصة لإدارة المخاطر بكليات الخليج ضمن الهيكل التنظيمي للكليات تشتمل على كادر مختص ومؤهل لإدارة المخاطر. الكلمات المفتاحية: إدارة المخاطر، جائحة كورونا، كوفيد 19، كليات الخليج، التعليم الجامعي.
